RETURNS POLICY
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return.
Please contact our customer service team at hello@pabloandluna.com to arrange a return and confirm the return address before sending any items back.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING AN ITEM?
- Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags still attached
- Any items returned stained, damaged, worn or in poor condition will not be eligible for a refund.
- You must send your return within the 30 days of your order having been sent.
- Unwanted items should be sent back to us via your choice of transport at your own cost. Please contact our customer service team at hello@pabloandluna.com to confirm the return address and arrange a return before sending any item(s) back.
- We’ll give you a refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) reach our warehouse.
- You can expect to receive a refund within two weeks of sending it back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.
